Job description

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Hartford and Waterbury is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care.

Responsibilities include 100% outpatient care, low-intensity phone-only call coverage, and a collaborative practice environment. Compensation features a generous salary of $275,000–$300,000 plus quality, signing, retention, and productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
