Job description

Centrum Health in Garland, Texas, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for the Firewheel Clinic under our value-based care model. You will deliver outpatient primary care to adults, coordinate with specialists, and support a patient-centered care approach within a multi-clinic system.

The ideal candidate has an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility, and Texas license. English and Spanish bilinguals are preferred.
