Job description
Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care via our tech-enabled platform in Indianapolis. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population, collaborating closely with therapists and other providers to coordinate care.
