Job description
COORDINATED CARE service inc seeks a Psychiatrist for its CP Rochester Article 28 Clinic to provide outpatient evaluation and medication management for adults and children. This contract position requires Monday–Friday clinic hours with schedule determined by caseload and coverage needs.
The role demands NYS physician licensure, NYS PMP registration, a valid DEA license, and 3+ years of psychiatric experience. Board certification is preferred; travel to clinics may be required.
