Job description
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatrist for an outpatient-only, full-time role in Virginia. The position offers a base salary of $300,000 plus incentives, with realistic total compensation surpassing $500,000.
No on-call requirements and a flexible 4–5 day work week are part of the package. We provide comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision with 90% coverage), 22 PTO days, 11 paid holidays, and strong clinical/administrative support (8:1 staff-to-physician).
