Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in Johnson City, Tennessee. The position involves consulting with new patients, managing medications, and providing counseling to community members and health team dependents, primarily for patients aged 17 and older.
The practice features a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with nearby referral hospitals and mental health facilities. It includes outpatient services with Tele-Health and utilizes an integrated EPIC electronic health record system.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, with no call or weekends required, offering a competitive salary of $250,000–$300,000 annually plus full benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Both experienced and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
