Job description
BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Clinic Director to lead a team of physical therapists and clinical staff. You’ll drive clinical excellence, mentor clinicians, and foster a patient-centered culture in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
You will oversee operations, develop referral relationships, and partner with regional leadership on growth initiatives while advancing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs.
