Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist for a contract assignment at a great outpatient clinic.
The role involves applying physician orders and delivering skilled PT interventions; shifts include Mon-Thu 7 AM–3 PM, two 12 PM–8 PM shifts, and Fri 10 AM–6 PM, with responsibility for patient plans of care.
