Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for outpatient visits within senior living communities in Easton, Norton, and Attleboro, MA. This Full-Time or Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and focuses on geriatric residents aiming to improve function and independence.
The PT will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
