Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry‑level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. You will provide and coordinate dialysis-related care, assess patient data and contribute to care planning under supervision.
Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery and quality outcomes.
