Job description
LCMC Health is seeking an experienced RN Manager Outpatient to lead the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic, coordinating with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will develop and implement protocols in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations, monitor their effectiveness, and serve as a liaison across departments to support a culture of extraordinary care at every touchpoint.
