Job description
Fresenius Medical Care in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP 1 to join the outpatient kidney care team. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group with guidance from a Clinical Educator and team leaders.
You will provide education, administer hemodialysis, manage medications, document in the medical record, and participate in teaching and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and facility operations.
