Job description
Fresenius Medical Care Appleton, WI is seeking an entry-level RN for the Outpatient CAP role. This position provides and coordinates nephrology care for an assigned patient group, under supervision, with a focus on assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
Duties include documenting data, adjusting dialysis treatment plans, educating patients and families, administering prescribed medications, and collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
