Job description
CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Mansfield, OH is seeking an entry-level Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis under supervision.
You will perform patient assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, document in the medical record, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe dialysis delivery and patient education.
