Job description
MercyOne Health System in Iowa is seeking a Nurse Manager for Outpatient Services to provide overall direction for patient care across Emergency, Trauma, Emergency Preparedness and Cardiopulmonary units. This leadership role requires strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
The position oversees staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance; a Bachelor's in Nursing is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.
