Kaleida Health is seeking an Outpatient Specialty Pharmacist at Buffalo General Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on patient care with complex specialty therapies, REMS compliance, and pharmacovigilance reporting, collaborating with pharmacists, providers, and nurses onsite.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred, and PGY-1 residency; 1 year of pharmacist experience or internship is required, with 2 years of dispensing complex meds preferred.
