Franklin Primary Health Center is seeking a manager to oversee the Level I Outpatient Substance Abuse Program under the Director of Behavioral Health. You will ensure day-to-day operations and compliance with Alabama DMH and Joint Commission standards.

The role requires leadership, clinical oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care. Strong supervisory experience and licensure in behavioral health are essential.
