Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is seeking an experienced per diem PA or NP to serve as an outpatient float provider across multiple specialties in New Jersey. This role supports physicians and clinics during short-term absences and may include shadowing during onboarding.
The position is not panel-based and requires flexibility to cover various services with strong EMR proficiency, clinical judgment, and teamwork. Prior float or cross-specialty experience is a plus.
