Salary: Billable Rate $30.00-$32.00/hour (non-licensed)

About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Greensburg, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As a Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside an outpatient clinic setting, maintain timely clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with state/local regulations - all aligned with Clarvida's person-centered, trauma-informed care model.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload
Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
Collaborate with community partners to support clients
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held
