Outpatient Therapist In-Person / Virtual (Contractual)
Family First Community Services LLC is a community behavioral health clinic in Charlotte, NC. We provide mental health and/or substance use treatment to child/adolescent/adult populations in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an Outpatient Therapist to join our team and provide IN-PERSON and virtual mental health services to our clients (Child/Adolescents/Adults). The successful candidate will have a background in mental health counseling and be able to provide evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other therapies as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to assess the needs of each client and create individualized treatment plans that meet their needs.
*THIS POSITION REQUIRES AT LEAST MASTER'S DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES SUCH AS LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, AND ASSOCIATE LICENSE OF THESE.
Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
Assess mental health issues and diagnose mental health disorders.
Develop treatment plans for clients.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Provide education and support to clients and their families.
Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client progress.
Job Types: Contract (1099)
Contract Rates: Rates vary based on the service code. For example, 90837 starts at $60 per session.
Caseload and In-Person Availability: Therapists are able to maintain a caseload based on their individual availability and capacity. A minimum caseload of 10 clients is required for this position. Our caseload includes both virtual and in-person clients; however, candidates must be willing and available to provide in-person services at our office when needed. The ability to work with both virtual and in-person clients is an essential requirement of this position.
