RIDGEVIEW , a not-for-profit community mental health center, has an immediate opening for a Licensed social work or counseling Outpatient Therapist at our Oak Ridge, TN , location. The right fit LCSW or LPC-MHSP will have the opportunity to use and further develop their skills with a diverse range of clients as part of a tight knit team. Ridgeview is an approved National Health Service Corp site. Student loan repayment for qualified behavioral health providers is available including LCSW, LPC-MHSP, and LMFT. You belong here!

REQUIREMENTS
Requires independent TN license including LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, and/or PhD with corresponding Master's Degree or higher. Must be trained in providing trauma-informed treatment with willingness to become trauma-certified. Prefer 1+ years of experience working with clients suffering with substance use issues. Prefer group therapy skills for grant-based positions. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with people from differing backgrounds and cultures. Comfortable and competent using telehealth equipment and electronic health record to provide and document mental health services as needed.
JOB DUTIES
Responsible for the delivery of outpatient clinical services consisting of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, including psychotherapy and consultation with other disciplines.
