Position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Work Location: New Castle, Pennsylvania (School, Clinic & Telehealth Based) Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $30.00-$32.00 per client hour, Differential rates for administrative work and travel About the Role Clarvida is hiring a School Based/Outpatient Therapist in New Castle, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida's person-centered, trauma-informed care model. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Wilmington and Mohawk Area School Districts (elementary, middle, high school levels) Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients Required Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution Verified clinical practicum or internship completed Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible) Compensation & Benefits Full-time Employees: Wellness Time Paid Holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance options DailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday* Training, development, and CEUs for licensure All Employees: 401(k) Free licensure supervision Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pet insurance Discounts on shopping, travel, entertainment & more Mileage reimbursement* * Benefits may vary by location
