We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our behavioral health team in a fully remote role . This opportunity is ideal for an Arizona-licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality outpatient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
You’ll support individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions through virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support.
What You’ll Do
individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth
clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes
utilize evidence-based interventions for mental health, substance use, and crisis needs
provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines
maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona license required through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW required)
2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings strongly desired
Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care
Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
