Job description
Riggs Community Health Center, Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse to provide centralized telephone triage, medication refill management, patient portal support, and care coordination in an outpatient primary care setting.
The ideal candidate will be an Indiana-licensed LPN or RN with current CPR certification and strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills; ambulatory care and NextGen EHR experience are preferred.
