Job description
Vascular Health Partners, in collaboration with Community Care Physicians in the Capital Region of New York, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a premier vascular surgery practice.
You will work with four board-certified vascular surgeons, providing outpatient evaluations, vascular assessments, and coordinated care across Latham and satellite offices in Saratoga Springs, Queensbury, and Amsterdam. Travel required.
