Job description

Vascular Health Partners is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our vascular surgery team in the Capital Region, NY. Work alongside four board-certified vascular surgeons and a seasoned APP group in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include outpatient evaluation, vascular assessments, management of PAD, carotid disease, aneurysms, DVT and venous disorders, pre/post-operative care, review of imaging, and patient education.
