Job description
Loyola Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy. This 100% outpatient role supports a high-volume vascular program across Loyola Medicine locations, including LUMC, Burr Ridge, and Tinley Park.
In this role you will evaluate new patients, conduct follow-ups, and coordinate care with vascular surgeons. A strong emphasis is on access, care coordination, and documentation to maintain a high-performing service.
