Job description

Gonzaba Medical Group in San Antonio, TX seeks a Wound Care Physician to provide outpatient evaluation and longitudinal management of chronic, complex wounds. Collaborate with the Wound Care team, PCPs, Urgent Care, Home Health and other specialists to develop treatment plans and ensure timely follow-up.

The role emphasizes wound-care procedures, patient education, and coordination of care across services. Texas medical licensure eligibility and fellowship or CWSP certification are preferred;
