Outreach Prevention Facilitator

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill!
Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Spring Hill
Location: Hernando County
Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: Varies
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No
The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:
Playing a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.
Using a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.
Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.
Serving as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.
Extensive travel is required- Hernando County
Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Certification/License:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Driver's License
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree - Human Services or Related Field
Experience:
Preferred-1 years of substance abuse experience or 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
