Now hiring Outside Grounds / Sanitation Associates for a food production facility! In this role, you'll clean and sanitize outside work areas to keep operations safe and running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on job ideal for reliable candidates who are ready to work. We have first-shift, 40-hour work weeks available: 6:45 am - 3:00 pm. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour Duties: Maintaining exterior facility areas. Cleaning dumpsters, loading docks, break areas, waste receptacles, silos, and surrounding grounds. Following all food safety, GMP, BRC, AIB, and regulatory requirements. Working safely and independently with minimal supervision. Performing outdoor cleaning, restocking supplies, painting, yard work, and other assigned tasks. Clean and sanitize production equipment and machinery. Remove grease, oil, and residue from surfaces. Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and work areas. Use cleaning tools, including mops, brooms, vacuums, and floor scrubbers. Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly. Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.
