If you enjoy meeting people and building relationships, this outside insurance sales opportunity with our client is a great opportunity. What caught our attention is the support behind the role: exclusive leads at no cost through our clients lead program, new-agent training, access to multiple insurance carriers and tools to manage your business. You'll meet clients face to face and help them understand their life insurance options. You don't need prior insurance experience, but you'll need the required license before selling. Our client brings an established platform to help you develop your insurance business: a no-cost exclusive lead program, access to multiple insurance carriers, practical training and tools to manage your sales activity.
In this role, you'll meet clients face to face in your local territory, understand their priorities and help them explore life insurance options that fit their needs and budget. Previous insurance experience isn't required. Structured onboarding, new-agent boot camp and ongoing training * Access to multiple insurance carriers so you can consider different client needs * Technology to manage leads, applications and commissions * Flexibility to manage your appointment schedule, with support from local leaders * Contact prospective clients and arrange local, in-person appointments * Ask thoughtful questions and explain insurance options clearly * Guide clients through applications and follow up on outstanding items * Participate in training and apply coaching to your work
Strong listening and relationship-building skills * Reliable transportation for local appointments * A Life and Health insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain the required licenses before selling * Comfort with commission-based compensation and field-based work
This opportunity begins as a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role with no base salary. Earnings depend on sales production. Commission structure will be explained during the application process.
