Job description
Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to support California branch growth by developing relationships with prospective consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads.
This non-licensed role focuses on proactive outreach, follow-up, and referral development to build a strong pipeline and to facilitate introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
