Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on meeting goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
* Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to promote Express services.
* Collaborate with internal recruiters to match clients with qualified candidates.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent business development efforts.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, B2B sales, or a related field.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet/exceed sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
