We review every application carefully and appreciate your interest in growing your career with our team.Assist in developing improvements and perform duties with a consistent approach in areas such as:Meet or exceed individual objectives as set by Executive Vice President of Sales & MarketingMeet or exceed individual metrics as set by Sales Team LeaderWork with Sales Team to meet or exceed Revenue and Profit goals established by EVP of SalesBecome an expert on the equipment/systems that we represent and how to successfully design projects with Consulting Engineering customers.Work with the entire sales team to help each other meet businessBuild customer relationships with excellent customer service and retention inMaintain customer information and activity inAssist Operations Team and Project Manager in project tracking and customerProvide Application Engineering Team with required information for opportunityProvide Application Engineering Team with required information for order generation & entry (when applicable).Provide assistance to Project Manager as needed to review submittals and order acknowledgements forParticipate in quarterly conversations with Sales Team Leader to review core values, GWC and discuss anyTravel within territory will be 50%-75% of the time spent will be out of the office.Other roles and responsibilities asEducation, Experience and Qualifications:Technical or Engineering bachelor's degree Preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of HVAC Sales experience calling on consultingKnowledgeable regarding ASHRAE recommendations, HVAC industry, and/orStrong mathematics and physicsEducation and experience with the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience in dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedule and processes is a plus.Employment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
