This role focuses on providing professional consultations and recommending HVAC system solutions based on each customer's comfort needs.What We OfferCompany-generated warm leads – no cold calling or door knocking3–4 scheduled appointments per day (lead volume may fluctuate based on weather demand)Minimum expectation of 55 leads per monthUncapped commission structure designed for high performersTraining salary that transitions to a draw once ramp-up is completeWeekly commission settlements so you can easily track your incomeTake-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop providedInsurance available after 31 daysLow-cost medical (as low as $5/week)Dental, vision, HSA/FSA401(k) with company match13 days PTO + 8 paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceOngoing sales training and leadership developmentResponsibilitiesAs a Comfort Advisor / In-Home HVAC Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners to evaluate their current heating and cooling systems and present customized replacement solutions.Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needsInspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricingAccess HVAC equipment that may be located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areasProvide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacementsPresent financing options and system solutions during the consultationClose sales in a one-call close sales environmentDeliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installationWork closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoffLead flow is consistent, but volume can fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-driven demand.QualificationsWhat You NeedPrior in-home sales experience preferredOne-call close experience strongly preferredHVAC knowledge helpful (training provided)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordMust pass background check and drug screeningAbility to access attics on hot days and crawlspaces in cold or wet conditions to inspect existing equipmentStrong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skillsThis is a performance-driven sales role designed for closers who thrive in a consultative, one-call sales environment.*This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
