What You'll Be Doing
Meet with homeowners who need solutions to basement, foundation, and concrete problems.
Inspect homes, identify concerns, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that make a real difference.
Create customized proposals and confidently present your recommendations.
Build relationships, earn trust, and turn opportunities into sales.
Manage your schedule, follow up with customers, and take ownership of your success.
Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training at our Menasha office.

Requirements
Requirements
Valid, non-probationary driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Comfort using technology to manage appointments and create proposals.
Ability to complete required pre-employment background and motor vehicle screenings.
