Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually + Commission
*Candidates with an established network of industry relationships and a proven track record of business development may be considered for additional compensation incentives and opportunities.

We are a family-owned fire protection company with nearly 40 years of experience serving the Charlotte Metro area and surrounding communities. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and develop lasting business relationships.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to come to them — someone who knows how to get out in the field, open doors, earn trust, and turn prospects into long-term customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new customers through prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face visits, and strategic relationship building.
Secure Service Agreements: Develop, present, negotiate, and close recurring inspection, testing, and maintenance contracts.
Expand Existing Accounts: Identify additional service opportunities within our established customer base.
Represent Our Services: Promote fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, and related fire protection solutions.
Manage the Sales Process: Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements while maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
Build Your Pipeline: Develop and execute a consistent sales strategy to meet and exceed sales goals.
Collaborate With Our Team: Work alongside our operations and service departments to ensure exceptional customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire protection industry required , preferably with outside sales or business development experience.
Strong understanding of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, and related inspection, testing, and maintenance services.
Proven ability to generate leads, prospect, negotiate, and close business.
A self-starter with the confidence and motivation to pursue new opportunities independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to prepare professional quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
Professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a team-first attitude.
Valid driver's license required.
