What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly with local businesses to identify opportunities, build relationships, and generate new accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Learn and apply our proven sales process through structured training and field coaching
* Prospect and develop new B2B business within the Billings area and surrounding communities
* Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
* Build trust and establish strong, long-term customer relationships
* Generate new accounts through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship development
* Develop a consistent referral network and recurring book of business
* Manage your territory, appointments, pipeline, and daily activities independently
* Consistently work toward sales and income goals
* Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
