Job description
Home Health Pavilion is looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) division.
This role is focused on building relationships with rehab hospitals, therapy clinics, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, PTs, OTs, and other referral sources for complex mobility and rehabilitation equipment.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral sources
Visit hospitals, rehab facilities, therapy clinics, physician offices, and other healthcare organizations
Generate referrals for complex power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, custom seating, and other rehab equipment
Educate clinicians and referral sources about our products and services
Work closely with our ATPs, intake team, and customer service staff to ensure a smooth process from referral through delivery
Follow up consistently with referral sources and identify new business opportunities
Represent Home Health Pavilion at meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry events
Maintain and grow an assigned territory
QualificationsOutside sales experience required
Experience in DME, Complex Rehab Technology, healthcare, medical sales, or rehabilitation strongly preferred
Existing relationships with PTs, OTs, physicians, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities are a major plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and insurance processes is a plus
