Role Overview
In this role, you will represent our clients' products and services in the field, engaging directly with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build relationships, and close sales within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do
* Conduct door-to-door sales outreach within an assigned territory.
* Engage prospective customers, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
* Identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations.
* Present and demonstrate products and services in a compelling way.
* Overcome objections and confidently close sales in the field.
* Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects within your territory.
* Represent the brand professionally at all times in the field.
* Collaborate with team leads and management to optimize territory performance.
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales preferred.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a competitive drive and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field.
* Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing sales goals.
Nice to Have
* Experience in telecommunications, energy, or home services sales.
* Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools used for managing customer relationships.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding field sales quotas.
* Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
Requirements
* Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
* Reliable transportation.
* Valid state issued Driver's License.
