Outside Sales RepresentativeWe are hiring a hardworking, people-oriented outside sales representative to build relationships, meet homeowners, follow up on leads, and guide customers through roof replacement or repair projects. No roofing experience is required — we'll train the right person.What You'll DoMeet homeowners and business owners to discuss roofing needsPerform roof inspections (ladder use required)Create estimates and present solutions clearly and professionallyFollow up consistently with leads and past customersBuild relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and local partnersRepresent our company with integrity and professionalismWhat We're Looking ForFriendly, confident, and comfortable talking with peopleSelf-motivated and disciplined with time managementEnjoys being out in the community — not stuck behind a deskReliable, honest, and customer-focusedSales experience preferred, but not required if you're eager to learnRequirementsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to climb a ladder and walk roofs safelyWillingness to work some early evenings or Saturdays as needed
