Compensation:
We offer alucrative commission structure. The Sr. Sales Rephas the potential to earn anywhere between $80,000 - $200,000+ per year, with top earners exceeding$250,000++ .
Experience:
Proven success insales(ideally in roofing, solar, or service-related industries).
Experience inResidential Roofing Sales, ideally in bothinsurance and retail.
3+ yearsof outside sales experience.
Ability toclimb a ladderto inspect roofing shingles.
Experience incustomer service and conflict resolution.
