Conduct regular in-person customer visits, plant visits, and site evaluations.

Actively identify new customers, projects, applications, and sales opportunities.

Work directly with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and purchasing personnel.

Understand customer processes and recommend appropriate equipment, replacement parts, upgrades, and solutions.

Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback regarding competitor products, pricing, and market conditions.

Coordinate with WM Industrial's internal sales, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to develop customer solutions.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on customer visits, opportunities, quotations, and projected sales.
