As an Outside Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the key connection between sales, engineering, and production, helping ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.
In this role, you will:
Support outside sales reps with pricing, product details, and timelines
Coordinate orders with production and engineering teams
Track order progress and communicate updates proactively
Prepare quotes, documentation, and customer information
Help resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
2+ years in sales support, coordination, or similar role
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
Customer-focused mindset
Industry experience (truck equipment/upfitting) is a plus
