Job description
Oven OperatorWe are immediately seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our production team in Sparta, TN. This position is responsible for operating industrial ovens used in the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting production standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor industrial ovens according to established procedures and safety guidelinesLoad and unload materials or products into ovens safely and efficientlySet oven temperatures, timers, and controls based on production requirementsMonitor product quality throughout the heating/curing process and make adjustments as neededPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance of oven equipmentAccurately document production data, temperatures, and cycle timesFollow all safety, quality, and company policies at all timesWork closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (oven or heat-related experience a plus)Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as requiredComfortable working in warm environmentsReliable attendance and strong work ethicWork Environment:Manufacturing/production settingExposure to heat and industrial equipmentRequires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Why Join Us:Stable, full-time employmentOpportunities for growth and advancementCompetitive pay and benefits packageTeam-oriented work environment
