Oven Operator – ManufacturingFull-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts 4 Days On / 4 Days Off Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AMWe're hiring dependable Oven Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. No previous experience is required — training is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, comfortable working around production equipment, and looking to build manufacturing experience.What You'll DoSafely operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipmentFollow work instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settingsVisually inspect products and identify quality issuesLoad, unload, label, and document finished materialsRecord production and quality information accuratelyPerform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenanceHandle materials and dispose of waste according to proceduresCommunicate equipment or production issues to the Shift LeaderMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForNo previous manufacturing experience requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredDependable with strong attention to safety and qualityComfortable working 12-hour rotating shiftsAbility to stand and walk for most of the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasksAbility to follow written instructions and work well with a teamForklift experience is a plusWhy Apply?Hands-on training providedUnique 4 days on / 4 days off scheduleOpportunity to gain manufacturing and equipment operating experienceTeam-oriented, safety-focused work environmentLong-term career growth opportunitiesNo experience?
