We are seeking an experienced Overhead Door Division Lead to drive sales, manage projects, and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the overhead door division, driving sales growth and operational efficiency
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets
Manage customer relationships, providing expert consultation and customized solutions
Oversee project execution from initial sales to installation and completion
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in overhead door sales, installation, or a related industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive performance
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners
Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
Knowledge of overhead door systems, installation processes, and market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
