Job description
Spruce Lake Ministries in Pennsylvania runs summer camp programs for kids ages 5-18. The Overnight Camp Assistant Manager oversees the overnight camp program and staff in coordination with the Overnight Camp Manager, and participates as a member of the Summer Leadership Team.
The role requires a spiritually mature, responsible team player who can lead large groups, set clear expectations, arrange activities, and ensure safety and smooth operation throughout the summer.
