Dependable Overnight / Third-Shift CaregiversHomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is looking for dependable overnight / third-shift caregivers. Nighttime care requires a calm, observant, and awake professional who ensures seniors remain safe, comforted, and secure through the night. HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking dedicated overnight caregivers for predictable 3rd-shift opportunities. If you prefer working at night and can remain alert, engaged, and dependable throughout your shift, this could be the opportunity for you.What We OfferQuiet, focused environment: Work one-on-one with clients in a low-distraction setting.Benefits package: Paid time off (PTO), paid training, and competitive pay structures.Consistent shift hours: Fixed start and end times to help maintain your night-shift schedule.What You'll Do / Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain active, awake supervision throughout the shift to assist with nighttime mobility, transfers, and bathroom visits.Provide steady reassurance and calm companionship for clients who may experience sleep disruptions.Complete designated quiet light housekeeping tasks and prep morning items as defined by the client's care plan.Document overnight observations and communicate early-morning client updates to management.Requirements / ExpectationsProven ability to remain fully alert, engaged, and attentive during overnight hours.Exceptional reliability and precise adherence to the authorized care plan.High level of personal accountability and communication.SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.
