Senior Helpers culture is based on strong core values, recognition of achievements, and respect.Required Caregiver Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of a state-approved PCA certification training course (We will assist with training to obtain PCA certification)Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s licenseReliable transportation with valid auto insuranceMust be able to pass criminal background check and drug testTB TestEssential Functions:Delivering exceptional care to the client in their homeComplete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their familiesAssist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparationAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behaviorBenefits:$15-17 per hour$250 Sign on Bonus$100 Employee Referral BonusSenior Helpers offers health insurance, vision and dentalWork close to homeClearly defined job tasksOutstanding 24/7 supportPaid training for Dementia & Parkinson's, and other ongoing training opportunitiesIf you are a dependable, compassionate, and empathetic professional looking for a career with a profound purpose.
